What Do We Do with the Information We Collect?

  • When providing a CV, we will review this for suitability of any roles that are or become available during the period we hold this document.
  • When completing the ‘Contact Us’ form, we will use the information to provide an answer to the query raised and dependant on the consent reply for future marketing.
  • When requesting a Newsletter, the information will be used for issuing a periodic newsletter only, and dependant on the consent reply for future marketing.

All data stored will be held with Meadow Foods own internal systems. Any CV’s subsequently printed for review will be securely stored / destroyed as appropriate.

No data is held on the actual website, other than temporarily whilst communication Emails are created.

DATA RETENTION

For CV’s

We will hold any CV’s uploaded for a 12 month period, at which point they will be removed from our systems and any printed copies destroyed.

For enquiries

Where consent for future marketing activities is not given, we will only hold the data provided until we have resolved either the issued raised (contact us) or have fully responded to the enquiry (looking for something new). If consent is provided, we will hold your data until the point at which you unsubscribe to these communications.

Newsletter

Where consent for future marketing is not given, we will hold the data for the purposes of issuing a periodic newsletter only and this will be retained until you take the option to unsubscribe (available in each newsletter sent). If consent is provided we will hold your data until the point at which you unsubscribe to these communications. At the point at which you have unsubscribed to both elements your data will be removed from our systems.

We minimise the amount of personal data that we collect. You have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to our ongoing use this information. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
