Jonathan heads up Meadow’s farm team and is responsible for maintaining our 450 million-litre milk pool. He manages the Farm Sustainability Programme for Meadow and our key customers, oversees the delivery of our farmer support and communications, and provides industry information to the rest of the business.
Siobhan provides support to our farmers on milk quality, farm assurance and other day-to-day farming operations. She helps to deliver Meadow’s Farm Sustainability Programme and provides advice to farmers in areas such as pricing and supply contracts.
Paula manages payments to our farmers, ensuring all queries relating to payments are resolved quickly and efficiently. She is responsible for managing all elements of milk pricing, such as coordinating payment schedules for farmers. She also provides admin support to our farmers and manages the online farmer portal.
